7  Deployment

CRISP-DM Phase 6. Organize and present the knowledge so it can be used — from a report to a repeatable, production-grade process.

7.1 Objectives

• Plan deployment — Determine how results and models will be deployed into the business environment.
• Plan monitoring and maintenance — Define how the deployed model will be monitored and maintained to avoid degradation over time.
• Produce final report — Summarize the project and its results for stakeholders.
• Review project — Capture lessons learned and document what went well and what could improve.
