Welcome to PortfolioLens, a data science project structured around the CRISP-DM (Cross-Industry Standard Process for Data Mining) methodology.

This book documents the project end to end. Each chapter corresponds to one of the six CRISP-DM phases and maps to a working folder in the repository, so the narrative and the code live side by side.

CRISP-DM is iterative — although the chapters are presented sequentially, real project work loops back through earlier phases as understanding deepens.
